“Wonderful care throughout my session with Louise. I felt completely comfortable and safe in her trusted hands. Louise has recommended I try a different product as she noticed there could be an issue in a product I am using now and how it is affecting my skin. Louise had the new product to try and as soon as it was applied I felt a cooling calming sensation. Louise explained everything thoroughly and answered my questions and I look forward to seeing her again in a year’s time. Thank you Louise, it was a pleasure to meet you and have you take care of me today.”
