Did you know you can request your stoma appliances easily through the NHS app? Using the app means you can request your repeat stoma appliances, check the status of your request and you can order anytime, day or night! 🌞

💻Step-by-Step

– Download the NHS App (available in the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android)

🤳🏻- Log in (use your NHS login details or set up access by following the in-app instructions)

– Select ‘Request a prescription’

– Choose your stoma products by selecting the appliances you need from the list

– Submit your request (this will be sent directly to the coordinators to approve)

🧠Helpful things to remember

📦- Please allow enough time for processing and delivery before you run out (recommended 7-10 days)

☎️- If you need to change your usual items or quantities, contact NAMS on 0800 085 3745 / nnicb-nn.nams@nhs.net
