Welcome to NAMS December Newsletter.
We would like to take this opportunity to wish all our NAMS service users a very happy Christmas and New Year and to say a big thank you for all the lovely Chocolates and biscuits you have gifted us for Christmas. No one is going to fit in their party outfits!
Did you know that in the Middle Ages some of the Christmas traditions we recognise today were created. In Strasbourg apple decorated fir trees appeared in homes (leading to our modern day Christmas trees) In the 17th and 18th centuries people started to give gifts at Christmas as a symbol of the wise men arriving in Bethlehem with their gifts for baby Jesus.
